About JT Eberhard

When not defending the planet from inevitable apocalypse at the rotting hands of the undead, JT is a writer and public speaker about atheism, gay rights, and more. He spent two and a half years with the Secular Student Alliance as their first high school organizer. During that time he built the SSA’s high school program and oversaw the development of groups nationwide. JT is also the co-founder of the popular Skepticon conference and served as the events lead organizer during its first three years.

In the name of the Lloyd, I cannot figure out how to “like” something there. I’m all logged in and everything.

    Gotta love the preacher entry.

Nevermind – apparently I had to click on the “Getting started” type link in in the upper-right area of the content area.

.. and nope, I have to be “level 2″ to rate things.

    It’s not letting me “like”.

Yeah, not a great system unless you are an established user apparently. Like Jasper, I tried, but I haven’t leveled up yet, so I can’t vote. Sorry!

How many theists do we have to kill to level up? :D

If we can unring a bell, we can make an angel’s feathers drop off. It’s a start.

I joined this Yahoo thing just to rate your reply, JT, but I’m apparently not allowed to rate replies yet. Cripes, what a piss-poor system they’ve set up. (BTW, Yahoo doesn’t seem to provide any info about rating answers, I learned this just by reading the replies above.)

You get 100 points for joining but only two points for answering and you must have 200 points to vote? Wow. Tried and failed! :)

  • thebookofdave

It is done, although I have to wonder why anyone would go to Yahoo! for an answer.
