Turkish court rules that gay sex is natural.

Yup.

An Istanbul court ruled on Monday that consensual sex between two men is natural. The landmark ruling contradicts rulings made in the past by the country’s Supreme Court, Gay Star News reports.

Of course, it’s irrelevant.  It doesn’t matter if consensual sexy times between two people of the same gender is natural or not.  It should no more be an excuse to deprive someone of equal rights than the choice to pierce one’s ears.

All the same, you go, Turkish court!

    Of course, I guess we could look at all the animals that enjoy a bit of gay sex. Homosexual behavior have only been observed in 1500 different species, and the actual act of homosexual sex in 500. About

    Still, it would be an example of the naturalistic fallacy to say that’s a reason to accept the behavior.

    A better reason is that what two or more consenting adults do with each other isn’t any of our business as long as they aren’t murdering each other. Apart from that, have at it.

      Yes Reginald! I’ve used this, just a couple of weeks ago. I assume you know the UK recently passed Gay Marriage in the Commons? There was a bloke in the pub sounding off about redefining marriage etc. [insert homophobic talking point here]; I asked him what his objection to gay people was, specifically. He said “Well, it ain’t natural, is it?”. I said “Well what is it then, supernatural?”. He didn’t have an answer. It was a lovely moment.
