Your morning happiness: there, there, it’s ok.

Michaelyn is spending her Spring Break putting her forthcoming neuroscience degree to use by volunteering at a psyche hospital.  She left early yesterday morning.  For the first five minutes it was great…I had the house to myself.  Then, after about five minutes, it started sucking.  No forehead kisses, no having that other person even in the room, even if I’m working on something on my own.  Don’t get me wrong, I’m the type of person that enjoys (and even needs) alone time…but I just wish it didn’t have to be so alone from her, y’know?

Anyway, here’s a cat telling a dog it’s all going to be ok:
