Senator Rand Paul Quotes a Papal Encylical?!

That is the third time he has impressed me with telling folks that Seizure’s power grab is a little too much to stand. Remember the first time? That was when he was one of only four senators to vote “no” on the defense spending bill that stripped us of habeas corpus, and made us subject to indefinite detention. The second time he impressed me was on January 22, 2012 when he refused to cooperate with TSA at the Nashville airport when he was trying to get back to D.C. for the March for Life.
