Uploading your video

Q- How long will it take to upload from my computer?

Application

Q- My video features - Do I need to get permission from them and/or how do I get the rights to submit it?
A- Prior to making the video, you need to obtain permission from the people who feature prominently in it. If you are filming large crowds, you can post a sign on either side of the area you are filming that states "Filming in Progress: By entering this establishment, you agree to allow for your image to appear in our videotaping and photography for any and all commercial purposes." (or something to that effect) You can also state, "if you don't wish to appear on film, please avoid this area."

Please remember that it is your responsibility to get the rights to submit this video to this competition.

Q- What is the purpose of the release?
A- The release gives us the right to use your submission, and assures us that you have obtained all rights necessary for us to do so.
