As much as I loathe Catholicism, there are a lot of good Catholics.

I just put two and two together. I saw an article about Catholic priest and war protester Daniel Berrigan over at Waging Nonviolence. He's going on trial with a couple of other men for an OWS protest. This line caught my eye:

Trials begin Monday for the activists, including retired Episcopal Bishop George Packard, other clergy members and Jack Boyle, an HIV-positive man who is refusing food or medication unless all charges are unconditionally dropped.

George Packard was the man who baptized me. Jokes aside ("wanna try again? That last one didn't take.") I delighted that he's still making waves. Give 'em hell, George!
