I never heard of wikitree. I've often thought of doing the geneology of my family, but my father's side is mostly a mystery to me. My father died long ago, and I haven't had any contact with his side of the family since I was about 12 ( a really long time ago). Maybe I'll take a look.

I've started adding my family tree to wikitree.com. It's free, easy, neat and comprehensive, with lots of privacy but an emphasis on collaboration (once you get far enough back to need to).

Anyone else here had a go?
