"But the stained glass is pretty!"

Only because of a quantum effect that happens as a substance because thiner, which is why you can hammer gold until it is literally purple.

Me thinks the catholics would do well to get rid of such damning evidence.

Agreed. Forget about the Vatican's resources. Mother Theresa personally controlled a huge bank account thanks to donations to her "charity", which she did not use in any meaningful way to alleviate the suffering of those who came to her for help. She gave them bread and water, and a place to lie down and die. So this is what the Catholic Church considers worthy of canonization?

Mother Theresa has become an untouchable saintly myth. It is impossible to say anything historically accurate about her ministry without being shouted down by believers. Many newspapers and television stations have refused to run articles or documentaries critical of her.

Mother Theresa thought that poor people dying in squalor was ennobling.

Holding someone's hand while they are slowly killed by a disease that the fucking organization you work for could cure with just the rounding errors from their worldwide bank accounts doesn't buy you shit with me.

If you took all the wrong ideas anyone has ever had in the history of the universe, then compressed them down into a wrongness singularity with infinite mass, that would still be a BB rolling down a six lane highway compared to the general wrongness of the Catholics. They are fractally wrong. They are wrong at every conceivable resolution.

It makes me very depressed every time I think about the valuable intelligence and man hours that have been irretrievably wasted in attempts to defend this organization.
