   I refute that was a mis-use of ironic. Of course this begs the question of when does the meaning of words change from what they technically mean to how they are used? It literally makes my head explode when the grammer nazis pick up on stuff like this - whats there problem?

   Here we use the word "schizofrenico" (italian) to generally describe a personality disorder, plus the actual schizophrenia, isn't that alos common use in america?

    @Francesco: "Schizophrenic" is used casually in American English to describe any perceived inconsistency in thought or behavior. Sometimes it's shorted to "schizo" (used as either an adjective or a noun).

    I'm somewhat in-between in the spelling/punctuation/grammar war. I get as annoyed with people who pick up on every little mistake as much people who think using text speak is perfectly fine if not to be encouraged. Language is primarily for communication so who really cares if someone used less when it should be fewer? One of may favourites was someone who complained about the use of a split infinitive - now you might argue that can be bad style but, but, but ... this was a comment in source code.

    I tend to overuse ellipses...but i do it to simulate the pauses i put in while speaking.
    I do wish people would use a bit better grammar though.

    Jehovah -name of God in Bible: a translation of the Hebrew name of God used in the Bible, YHWH.

    Yahweh - Hebrew name of God: a name of God, expanded from the four letters YHWH Tetragrammaton that form the name of God in Hebrew.

    Allah - Allah is a word for God, mostly used in the context of Islam. In Arabic, it is the standard word for "God."

    You missed Elohim.

    You also missed the fact that Jehova, Yahweh, Allah and Elohim were all distinct and separate gods from the pantheon of a polytheistic precursor to the Abrahamic religions. Elohim and Yahweh were edited to be one god in the Book of Acts, around BC. But then I've come to expect Christians not to know the actual history of their own religion.

    The Hebrew Name for God - Elohim and Elohei Constructs.

    You might also be interested in researching the meaning of "El" to add to your personal knowledge database.
