Pretty well done, minus a little mumbling. I wasn't sure at first if this guy was speaking as if he was a christian, or if he actually was. I will guess he was.
He made lots of good points about how Religion is used for evil and how Christianity is more a tool for hate than love, so what does that end up even saying?
"Yeah, shit is bad, but it's all our fault and God is sad at what we are doing."
Am I being too literal? If not, and he really is a Christian, then I'm guessing he has spent a lot of time thinking about his religion and not enough time considering it's validity. Thinking outside the God-box, if you will.
I think he was a Christian. I'm not a big fan of the slam poetry genre, so it was hard enough to get through without the mumbling. I think he was saying there's a lot of bad people in the world, but don't blame him, he didn't do it. Sorry if he's not perfect. I don't want to watch it again if that's not what he was going for.
