Fast-Growing Multifaith Website Seeks Investors Who Believe in Civil Dialogue

 

DENVER – October 30, 2013 – Patheos.com, the world's premier online destination for global dialogue on religion and spirituality, today announced that it will use the new "general solicitation" provisions of the recently enacted JOBS Act to market its investment offering to millions of individuals. Under Rule 506 [c], Patheos will launch a debt offering marketed to the general public.
