Kamala Harris is someone who\u2019s name is constantly mentioned as a possible 2020 Democratic contender for President.\u00a0 The California Senator recently appeared on the talk show of Ellen DeGeneres\u00a0 on Thursday, where she made jokes about President Donald Trump dying in an elevator.\u00a0 NTK<\/a> reports:<\/p>\n

Host Ellen DeGeneres asked Harris, \u201cIf you had to be stuck on an elevator with either President Trump, Mike Pence, or Jeff Sessions, who would it be?\u201d<\/p>\n

The California senator paused before answering the question.<\/p>\n

\u201cDoes one of us have to come out alive?\u201d she responded, cracking up at her own joke.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time people have considered the possible death of the President amusing.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0IJR,\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>the Secret Service interviewed the comedian Kathy Griffin after she posed with a disgusting bloody head that was supposed to represent the President of the United States. This caused outrage, and Griffin claimed that it ended her career.\u00a0 It was really problematic because\u00a0Barron Trump saw the gross image on television and thought it was real.\u00a0 The Secret Service also investigation the comedian.\u00a0 Other celebrities, including Snoop Dogg, Johnny Depp, Robert DeNiro, and others have evoked the death of the President as well.\u00a0 Oh, and who can forget Rosie O\u2019Donnell who, in July 2017, tweeted out a link to a game called \u201cPush Trump Off A Cliff Again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mickey Rourke called him Trump a \u201cbig-mouthed bitch bully,\u201d and then bragged that he would just \u201clove 30 seconds in a room with the little bitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

Classy.<\/p>\n

It is probably getting to be a tired exercise, but imagine what would have happened if people joked about the death of Barack Obama on national television.\u00a0 I doubt people would think these jokes were oh-so-hilarious.\u00a0 In fact, I think people would call that pretty irresponsible, don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n
