<\/iframe>\n<\/p><p>In this clip I tell Rob Bell that because he has a very different approach to the Bible, it is hard to accept him as an Evangelical. \u00a0I also explain that the main reason for the anger of many evangelicals is that we have learned to expect and to a certain extent accept this kind of teaching from others outside the evangelical movement but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/adrianwarnock\/2012\/10\/what-is-a-christian\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">within the broader Christian movement.<\/a> \u00a0Surely Bell is just another neo-liberal just like Steve Chalke. What is hard to accept is someone who we thought of as \u201cone of us\u201d demonstrating he is no longer one of us.<\/p>\n<p>This excerpt does of course leave the question very much hanging, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.patheos.com\/blogs\/adrianwarnock\/2012\/10\/what-is-an-evangelical\/\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\">What is an Evangelical?<\/a>\u201d and in 2012 I
