\u201cOr you could just, you know, skip the whole prayer step and\u00a0start taking action right away. I\u2019m no cop but I\u2019m pretty sure Phase One of making any city safer isn\u2019t \u201cWaste a lot of time doing nothing.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Prayer helps you care. Prayer inspires you to act. Prayer strengthens your resolve. Prayer reminds you how fortunate you are. Prayer prompts you to have radical ideas like \u201cStreet Pastors\u201d which definitely do reduce crime. \u00a0And yes, I do believe God listens to prayer, but even if he didn\u2019t prayer should definitely be promoted!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
