My notes from the Mission talk here at the DGM Pastors Conference. We affirm the power of the gospel and the call of God to make disciples of all nations. <\/p>\n
The world can be turned upside down by a few people, with a little funding, and biblical strategy. <\/p>\n
In missions we must not move from the supernatural to the professional. <\/p>\n
Gospel primacy.<\/strong> Our lives must line up with the gospel. Teach your people to be confident about the gospel. <\/p>\n Gospel purity.<\/strong> Cultural context doesn\u2019t trump the eternal truth. <\/p>\n Gospel boldness<\/strong>. Don\u2019t be ashamed of the cross. The most missing component in missions today is boldness. Most of the rest of the world fear the raised fist while we fear the raises eyebrow. <\/p>\n The primacy of the Church<\/strong>. God loves the Church. <\/p>\n The healthy church<\/strong>. <\/p>\n The common church. <\/strong> our design is to pick biblical culture. Church is simple really. <\/p>\n Our supernatural missional call. The direction of Gods call in our lives is towards Jesus. Let the word career leave our vocabulary. Who you are here is who you will be there.
