Just a bit concerned some people might think I was being harsh on the walking wounded who have got out of dodgy churches.

Brothers and sisters, God loves the church.
\n
Churches are in a mess at times.
\n
Please understand that I do realise why many leave churches- I have left more than one!
\n
I am also aware that finding a good one can be difficult.
\n
I would move house to a different city to find a good church.
\n
AS a plea to any unchurched people out there, please consider why you left church, what you feel church should be like, and then examine your local options, and if necessary move to get to a great church.
\n
In the meantime, why not at least \u2018join\u2019 up with a church online and listen to their sermons every week. My own church has audio sermons<\/a> that I and others preach online. It would at least be a start, and might help you realise what you are missing.<\/p>\n

The church should be a family and we are like young kids- we cant survive without a family but need to be removed from an abusing one.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
