Its amazing to realise that it was exactly a year ago tomorrow that I posted my 1st ever entry<\/a>. Its been an amazing year, with early attempts largely inspired by my own desire to have a repository for my own thoughts. Over the year some of the highlights have been the early encouragement of Josh Claybourn, Hugh Hewitt, Nick Queen and others. I couldn\u2019t neglect to mention my foray into the battle for \u2018king of the blogs\u2019, which led to some people misunderstanding my humor. Starting the Blogdom of God, and meeting lots of godly bloggers as a result has been a fantastic experience.<\/p>\n

It is still a mystery to me that more people than I could have imagined have read to and linked to this blog. The whole experience has been an interesting ride. I have sparked at least two blog wars and not a little controversy along the way. But, by reaching my first blog anniversary, I guess I have shown that chances are I am here to stay!<\/p>\n

Thanks to all my readers for making this such a worthwhile experience. Thanks to all the other bloggers out there who mean that I don\u2019t write in a vacuum.
