Being back in an environment where everyone attributes everything to Jesus and Jesus alone reminded me of how hard I used to try the same. But willing yourself to let go of all agency and personal power simply doesn’t work. Having the tools I learned in Witchcraft to feel the flow of energy and make sense out of the experience was redemptive and empowering.
