Don\u2019t know how many of you regularly read Jewish blogs, but if like me you do\u2013I\u2019m especially partial to Orthodox blogs, with their fascinating mix of contemporary philosophy and strict scripturalism\u2013then Psycho Toddler\u2019s \u201cDefinition of Jewish Terms<\/a>\u201d is a very helpful cheat sheet. <\/p>\n

Feel like sending him a check for a few of them.<\/p>\n

As I mentioned in my grateful comment, something like this ought to be done for the Islamophere. I know there have been times I wished I could link to an entry in a glossary for the benefit of non-MUslim readers without disrupting the flow of the post with a bunch of definitions.<\/p>\n

Any suggestions on the best Islamic word lists out there?<\/p>\n
