Packing began tonight. So much of the past unearthed. What to keep? What to let go?<\/p>\n

Now it\u2019s 4:30am and I have been awake for over an hour. Reminded of how fragile the mind can be. Worries, planning, and packing, to do, to do, to do. All these replace to calm and ease of suttas, reciting, and chanting, sadhu, sadhu, sadhu.<\/p>\n

But a friend on the other side of the world sent me this:\u00a0http:\/\/www.wonmind.org\/<\/a>. And I clicked, I saw, I read:<\/p>\n
