Where to start? What to leave out?!<\/p>\n<p>Her post is filled with detailed hints and helpers, but for a teaser, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">here\u2019s a mind-map I just found for a paper I wrote 4 or so years ago for a conference\u2026<\/span> (wishing I could find where I did some mind-maps online a few months ago\u2026)  Oh well.
