A publishing rep offered me a free book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Seek-God-Everywhere-Reflections-Spiritual\/dp\/0385531761\" class=\" decorated-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">the latest one out by Anthony De Mello, about the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius<\/a>. A journal editor approached us about potentially devoting an issue of his journal to our panel. And we had a very nice audience. What more could I ask for?<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">\n<div style=\"text-align: left\">A job!? Ha. Well. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The advice from my friend Brian, who will likely end up with a job this year, was to really have your ducks in a row well in advance, and he did<\/span>. And I didn\u2019t. And that\u2019s okay. I was mostly focused on the presentation and making sure that went well. Next year, for sure, I\u2019ll get the job. In the meantime there are many options: hopefully doing some more work\/study\/travel stuff with Ven.
