As I begin to walk the last lap of Lenten practice, I am prodded by all the charges in sacred text to \u201cwalk in the Light!\u201d Jesus claims that he is the Light of the world: \u201cwhoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.\u201d (John 8: 12)<\/em><\/p>\n However, \u00a0as I follow the events of Holy Week, I sense and experience a great deal of darkness in Jesus\u2019walk. Where or what is the light? \u201c\u2026whoever does the truth comes into the light,\u201d <\/em>says Jesus.
