I can\u2019t stop reading this article<\/a>. It\u2019s the best rabbit-hole ever. I\u2019m a Hero:<\/p>\n

Hero generations grow up as increasingly protected post-Awakening children. Prophet parents see their Hero children as instruments to fulfill their inner visions. Community and teamwork are instilled in Heroes at a young age. They are confident, ambitious, and optimistic about life, even in tough times.<\/p>\n

Heroes enter young adulthood during a Crisis. Their youth, along with their orientation towards action and their ability to work well in teams, makes Heroes the go-to foot soldiers during a Crisis era\u2026<\/p>\n

Heroes are straightforward and polite; midlife Heroes become \u201cdefenders of a wholesome but conformist culture.\u201d Technological advancement and institutional building are the main focuses of Hero leaders in Midlife, and they use this focus to create a well-ordered society. They eschew passionate and divisive ideology for a pragmatic approach to society and life, and when it comes to spirituality, either favor a pragmatic secularism or a non-charismatic, community-oriented mainline-type faith.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

and the Ogre is a Nomad:<\/p>\n

Nomad generations are born and nurtured\u00a0during\u00a0<\/em>a spiritual Awakening and grow up as unprotected children. Often seen as a nuisance by Artist and Prophet adults, \u00a0Nomad children are left to find their own norms and are exposed to the world of adult dangers and\u00a0anxieties\u00a0at a young age. Consequently, Nomad children grow up fast and often engage in risky behavior.<\/p>\n

Nomads come of age during an Unraveling as\u00a0alienated and often cynical\u00a0adults. However, their early exposure to the realities of adult life give them strong survival skills and a fierce independent streak that makes them well-suited to navigate the societal Unraveling that surrounds them.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

and the world suddenly makes sense.<\/p>\n

Seriously, I love these types of theories that explain everything about everything. I find them fascinating and weirdly accurate. And yes, I am the type of person who thinks maybe Nostradamus was onto something. The Ogre calls me \u201cgullible\u201d. I prefer to think of it as \u201copen to infinite possibilities.\u201d<\/p>\n

Because really, it\u2019s not inconceivable that someone might have written gullible on the ceiling.<\/p>\n
