\nO holy word affirming my existence
\nO holy stabs into that ether with my own tired voice
\nO holy dissipation in longing for something to happen
\nO holy drinking three cups of coffee, the third with cream
\nO holy playing of O holies on piano
\nO holy lying with baby, willing her to sleep
\nO holy plate of saltines and spoonful of peanut butter
\nO holy spean full of pooh-nut butter<\/em> that makes the baby laugh
\nO holy houseplants that I never water
\nO holy resolutions kept and those I\u2019ve forgotten
\nO holy waiting which is antidote to most problems
\nO holy three o\u2019 clock hour of spiritual destitution
\nO holy absence more calculable than fulfillment<\/p>\n
