Barrett are some of the best Evangelical sermons of the 20th century\u2014 full of good Biblical and Wesleyan content, excellent in the applying and illustrating of God\u2019s Word, model sermons for how it can and should be done. And the results are in\u2014 the homileticians and other scholars all agree\u2014 this is must reading for those who want to be good preachers, or to be better ones. This volume includes Barrett\u2019s sermons on Paul\u2019s letters, the rest of the NT (after the Pauline corpus), and his OT sermons\u2013 a great cross section of material.
