<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Since Stan Lee passed, and since Disney took over the Marvel Universe, the movies have been up and down, and mostly down since the Avengers climax. Now we are being told of a reboot of the Avengers, with the former Falcon now filling the role of Captain America.\u00a0 On the whole I\u2019d give this iteration of the franchise about a B-, mainly because while the plot is lame, the acting is pretty good, starring Harrison Ford as the U.S. President who turns into a raging inferno at the end of the film remarkably resembling another Marvel character.\u00a0 Anthony Mackie is good in his role.\u00a0 But I digress.\u00a0 The ratings are not great with the critics 50-50 and the audiences not much better.\u00a0 The movie as usual is action packed, but they don\u2019t drag it out too long\u2013 just under two hours.\u00a0 \u00a0The focus of the political action has to do with the sharing of a remarkable mineral called adiamantium, the attempt at a treaty between Japan, the U.S. France, and India, to split the resource.\u00a0 \u00a0Of course the action is CG scene after CG scene, or should I call it AI creation after AI creation.\u00a0 It not merely stretches credulity past the breaking point (the Captain should have been dead at least 10 times in this movie), at points the fight scenes seem like slap-stick comedy of the three Stooges variety.\u00a0 \u00a0Alas\u2026..
