Is my\u00a0Mom going to endorse Donald Trump for President of the United States?<\/p>\n

That\u2019s the rumor<\/a>, and I\u2019ve been too busy with diapers to delve too much into politics these days. But the\u00a0rumors were enough to cause staffers from Ted Cruz\u2019s office\u00a0to slam my mom<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it [would] be a blow to\u00a0<\/span>Sarah Palin<\/a>, because\u00a0<\/span>Sarah Palin<\/a>\u00a0has been a champion for the conservative cause, and if she was going to endorse\u00a0<\/span>Donald Trump<\/a>, sadly, she would be endorsing someone who\u2019s held progressive views all their life on the sanctity of life, on marriage, on partial-birth abortion,\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Cruz<\/a>\u00a0campaign spokesman Rick Tyler said on CNN\u2019s \u201cNew Day.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I like Cruz. In fact, I met him last year, and I believe anyone\u2019s<\/em> better than Hilary Clinton. But here\u2019s the thing, Sen. Cruz. \u00a0My mom has consistently supported you and encouraged you. \u00a0You\u2019ve been a great advocate for conservative causes, and she\u2019s stood by you when others haven\u2019t.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would not be in the U.S. Senate today if it were not for Governor Palin,\u201d\u00a0you\u2019ve said before<\/a>. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After hearing what Cruz is now\u00a0saying about my mom, in a negative\u00a0knee-jerk reaction, makes me hope my mom does<\/em>\u00a0endorse Trump. Cruz\u2019s flip-flop, turning against my mom who\u2019s done nothing but support\u00a0and help him when others sure didn\u2019t, shows he\u2019s a typical politician. \u00a0How rude to that\u00a0he\u2019s\u00a0setting up a false narrative about her!<\/span><\/p>\n

America\u00a0doesn\u2019t need that. \u00a0We need someone who has a vision for economic prosperity, who won\u2019t let us get kicked around in the world, and who will fight for our future.<\/span><\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t go to Harvard Law School, but I know this: \u00a0You can like two people in a race, but there will only one president.<\/p>\n

The audacity to suggest that because she chooses one over the other will somehow \u201cdamage\u201d her just shows arrogance.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ve also said<\/a>, \u201cShe can pick winners!\u201d \u00a0I hope you\u2019re right, and that she endorses Donald Trump today for President.<\/p>\n
