Most people know I\u2019m Pro Life. If I wasn\u2019t, I wouldn\u2019t have gone\u00a0through the pregnancy I faced when I was 17. The issue is clearly near\u00a0my heart.<\/p>\n

When I went in for my first appointment and heard my son\u2019s heartbeat,\u00a0it changed my world forever! And I had a harsh dose of reality when\u00a0the doctor turned off the ultrasound machine and asked me a question. \u00a0He asked what I\u00a0wanted to do about the \u201csituation,\u201d insinuating abortion. It makes\u00a0me sick thinking about it, to tell you the truth.<\/p>\n

I had just heard my baby\u2019s heartbeat for the first time.<\/p>\n

How is that not<\/em> life?<\/p>\n

God knew exactly what he was doing when I got pregnant with Tripp, and\u00a0I\u2019d go through my toughest days a million times over to end up where\u00a0we are now. My kids are my world and I never questioned that their\u00a0life had, and HAS, so much purpose.<\/p>\n

Abortion may seem like such an easy option \u2013 today\u2019s society makes it\u00a0sound so great \u2013 so easy \u2013 so nonchalant. They make it seem like there\u00a0will be no consequences. I promise you, there are.<\/p>\n

Have you ever heard anyone say \u201cI regret having this baby??\u201d \u00a0I
\nhaven\u2019t. Every child deserves life.<\/p>\n

That baby in the first ultrasound, that heart beat \u2013 is the same baby\u00a0in your arms months later.<\/p>\n

This campaign of 40 Days for Life<\/a> is so great, and all the people who\u00a0put in the daily work for places like this are who I really look up\u00a0too. Their dedication has saved so many babies, and blessed the life\u00a0of so many people with these children they are really saving.<\/p>\n

I am so thankful more and more eyes are being opened to the harsh\u00a0reality of abortion.<\/p>\n

God has a plan for all of us, and I hope the message behind this group\u00a0\u2013 and groups like this \u2013 spreads and hits home to women who are facing\u00a0tough decisions of their own.<\/p>\n
