If you\u2019ve been online at all, you\u2019ve seen the very public breakup of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, which seems to get worse and worse. \u00a0The most recent problem happened after Chyna sent Rob nude pictures of herself, and a video of her in bed with another man. \u00a0Rob posted the pictures, and some of the video to Instagram, and he might be in legal trouble now.<\/span>

The L.A. Times<\/em><\/a> explains the legal problems with this:<\/p>\n

Kardashian, 30, posted the images as he accused her of cheating on him.<\/p>\n

The posts could be legally problematic because in 2013 California lawmakers passed a law penalizing what is known as \u201cnon-consensual pornography.\u201d<\/p>\n

A violation of the law is a misdemeanor resulting in up to six months in jail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Here\u2019s the thing. \u00a0Sure, it\u2019s not cool that Rob posted that video or the pictures of his ex BY ANY MEANS \u2013 but why on earth would Blac Chyna send a video of her in bed with another man to her ex?? \u00a0And then act surprised that he didn\u2019t act with as much discretion as she would\u2019ve preferred?<\/span><\/p>\n

And now, this is a\u00a0women\u2019s right issue? \u00a0I guess I don\u2019t understand\u2026.. if roles were reversed would it be a \u201cmale-ism\u201d issue? Would it be considered \u201cslut shamming\u201d then? \u00a0Two wrongs don\u2019t make a right, but this situation doesn\u2019t seem like a woman\u2019s right issue to me.<\/span><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t know about you, but I\u2019m sick and tired of women being the victim in so many situations. \u00a0There\u2019s a label for everything now. \u00a0This \u201clabel\u201d is now \u201cslut shaming\u201d and \u201crevenge porn.\u201d \u00a0Well, what about HER responsibility in this? \u00a0Why can\u2019t we label her actions toward him as \u2014 at the very least \u2014 vindictive and mean?<\/span><\/p>\n

Maybe \u2014 and I\u2019m going out on a limb here \u2014 maybe it wasn\u2019t\u00a0the best practice to send the father of her\u00a0child a video of her in bed with another man.<\/span><\/p>\n

Does feminism exist to completely take away every ounce of common sense in every situation?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Gosh, I don\u2019t know about you, but it honestly drives me nuts.<\/span><\/p>\n
