This is outrageous. <\/p>\n

Maggie Long is one of many who enrolled in Obamacare. Then she had a baby. Normally there\u2019s a 30-day window to add a new child to your health insurance, which is plenty of time.<\/p>\n

But first, Maggie had to apply for a state program that insures children whose parents have low incomes. She knew they wouldn\u2019t qualify, but she was given no choice.<\/p>\n

So she applied, and of course was denied. By then, her 30 days had run out.<\/p>\n

She tried to put her new baby on her insurance like she usually would, but they told her it was too late. Then Maggie says they had the nerve to tell her \u201cthere was no evidence <\/a>we tried adding her to our insurance.\u201d<\/p>\n

And after all that unnecessary hassle<\/a>, their baby was denied. Classic government move.<\/p>\n

Maggie sent copies of the emails promising her more time, because one end of the system didn\u2019t know what the other end was doing. Her insurer says there are many other families in the same situation. \u201cFor people that bought their insurance through the marketplace and have had a baby in the past year, they would be going through this process,\u201d he said. While they wait for things to be made right, they have to start planning to pay for the whole labor and delivery bill themselves.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, YOUR tax money is paying for abortions under Obamacare, something President Obama specifically promised would NOT happen.<\/p>\n
