Last night,\u00a0<\/span>Sgt Dakota Meyer proposed and I said yes!<\/p>\n

Dakota\u00a0came to Alaska to\u00a0film\u00a0Amazing America<\/i>\u00a0with my mom last year.\u00a0 He met Tripp during that time, and\u00a0I\u2019ve seen him in a few places where our paths have crossed since. \u00a0He\u2019s visited us in Alaska, and I\u2019ve visited his wonderful family in Kentucky.<\/span><\/p>\n

He\u2019s wonderful with Tripp and\u00a0I\u2019m so proud to be marrying him.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He\u2019s so romantic! He asked me to marry him at a\u00a0Rascal Flatts<\/span><\/a>\u00a0concert. The lead singer, Gary LeVox, dedicated \u201cBless the Broken Road<\/span><\/a>\u201d to us, and then Dakota got down on one knee and proposed!<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s amazing to see what happens when you place everything in life in God\u2019s hands. \u00a0He really is\u00a0good and His plans are\u00a0so much greater than our own.<\/span><\/p>\n
