Welcome new \u201cLife\u2019s a Tripp\u201d fans!<\/p>\n

I\u2019m so happy that my new Lifetime reality show called \u201cLife\u2019s a Tripp\u201d has finally debuted!\u00a0 I hope everyone enjoyed it.\u00a0 What did you think?<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve heard many of you ask a similar question: why did I decide to do a reality television show?\u00a0 Well, in many ways, I\u2019m just like everyone else.\u00a0 I\u2019m a young woman trying to make my way in this sometimes complicated world. \u00a0I\u2019m a single mom, I work at a dermatology office, and I\u2019m trying to fix up a house I bought near my parents\u2019 house.<\/p>\n

You know my parents?\u00a0 Yes, that\u2019s what makes my life interesting to people. I\u2019m a part of one of America\u2019s most famous \u2013 and sometimes controversial \u2013 families.<\/p>\n

When Lifetime approached me about doing a show, I was a little hesitant.\u00a0 After all, what could possibly be entertaining about my life taking Tripp to and from hockey lessons?\u00a0 Of course, life always contains unexpected twists and turns.\u00a0 And the Lifetime cameras \u2013 which I never got used to! \u2013 caught a lot of little adventures on film.\u00a0 You\u2019ve probably seen the so-called \u201cbar fight\u201d I got into after some guy called my mom a name?\u00a0 Well, the series will also introduce you to a charity I worked for in Los Angeles, will show you some of my good friends, and let you see how I really responded to Levi\u2019s book.<\/p>\n

It was fun experience, and I\u2019m excited about seeing it all unfold with you viewers at home.\u00a0 But I\u2019ve already seen some of the footage, and I\u2019ve learned one thing.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s crazy to see your own life revealed on a screen.\u00a0 While watching it, I realized that sometimes I didn\u2019t respond quite right to situations.\u00a0 Sometimes I reacted too strongly, and sometimes not strongly enough.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I\u2019m going to do a weekly blog post every week called \u201cOn Second Thought.\u201d<\/strong> These posts are where I will go over the episodes as I process the issues presented\u2026 and my thoughts on them now that I\u2019ve seen them aired.\u00a0 Expect the first one tomorrow!<\/p>\n

I hope you\u2019ll join me for these weekly posts \u2013 which will undoubtedly be part-confession, part-explanation, and part-celebration of my life right now!<\/p>\n
