\u201cIt\u2019s surreal,\u201d Fr. Jeff Poirot told the Fort Worth Star- Telegram<\/a>. \u201cAfter we were done screaming from excitement when we won, it was hard to put it into words what winning the Ninkasi means to us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yet, for the brewing priest, his hobby doesn\u2019t detract from his vocation.<\/p>\n
