\n\u201cGive up pessimism\u2014become an optimist.
\n\u201cGive up harsh judgments\u2014think kindly thoughts.
\n\u201cGive up worry\u2014trust Divine Providence.
\n\u201cGive up discouragement\u2014be full of hope.
\n\u201cGive up bitterness\u2014turn to forgiveness.
\n\u201cGive up hatred\u2014return good for evil.
\n\u201cGive up anger\u2014be more patient.
\n\u201cGive up pettiness\u2014become mature.
\n\u201cGive up jealousy\u2014pray for trust.
