$\"PosterContestBanner\"$ <\/a> $\"VidContestBanner\"$ <\/a>NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2015 \u2013 The Christophers are once again offering high school and college students the opportunity to win cash prizes in their annual contests for young people. <\/p>\n

The Christophers\u2019 annual Poster Contest for High School Students invites young people in grades 9 through 12 to interpret the theme \u201cYou can make a difference.\u201d In a similar vein, the annual Video Contest for College Students asks students to create a film or video (five minutes or less in length) that best communicates the belief that \u201cOne person can make a difference.\u201d <\/p>\n

The poster contest provides a $1,000 first prize, $500 second prize and $250 third prize. The video contest prizes are $2,000, $1,000 and $500, respectively. <\/p>\n

Youth contest coordinator Sarah E. Holinski says, \u201cThese contests are an ideal way for students to artistically utilize their God-given talents for the improvement of the world at large. The individual posters and videos truly shine forth as much-needed beacons of light into an increasingly darkening world.\u201d<\/p>\n
