The media and pundits said that Trump\u2019s refusal to call a spade a spade meant he condoned the racism. \u00a0Perhaps. \u00a0But then, by virtue of that argument, the same media and pundits who have been everything from silent to supportive, have done the same for the Antifa violence. \u00a0Hate and violence are, apparently, acceptable. \u00a0Under certain conditions of course.<\/p>\n
This, tied to the iconoclasm seeking to destroy more and more memorial\u2019s to America\u2019s history, suggests that the Left is ready to move. \u00a0And woe betide those who are not seen as friendly to the cause. \u00a0Those who are most vocal in their opposition to this new leftist blitzkrieg? \u00a0That would be the ones wearing swastikas on their arms.<\/p>\n
For Christians, we are stuck between Scylla and Charybdis. \u00a0We have no friends on either side. \u00a0If we can keep the baby from being thrown out with the bathwater where the best of America\u2019s heritage is concerned, that is good. \u00a0Our posterity will thank us. \u00a0But we can\u2019t do it at the expense of our souls. \u00a0Those Christians who have already thrown their hat in the ring with any side as long as it\u2019s not the other side, had best retrieve their hats. \u00a0It\u2019s going to get ugly. \u00a0And we answer to a higher power.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
