I don\u2019t know<\/a>. \u00a0What can I say? \u00a0I don\u2019t know the facts. \u00a0But this I do know. \u00a0I didn\u2019t hear about the accusations until after Cosby first outraged Civil Rights and Liberal Activists by suggesting \u2013 horror of horrors \u2013 that not all of the plight of the African American can be blamed on White Racism. \u00a0That was quite the scandal in the day. \u00a0And it was around that time that I first heard these accusations. \u00a0Over the subsequent years, he caused more scandals by digging his heals in and, while not letting racism off the hook, insisting that Black Americans are obliged and responsible for doing their best to make their own paths in life. <\/p>\n

Does that mean I\u2019m saying this is all part of some evil, Left Wing hit job to disgrace a once beloved icon who fell from the purer faith? \u00a0No. \u00a0I\u2019m merely saying that I don\u2019t remember hearing about the accusations until he already created a firestorm by questioning the established Narrative regarding Civil Rights. \u00a0That\u2019s all. \u00a0Perhaps it was a huge story before that and I simply missed it. \u00a0Maybe it broke when I was doing something like getting married and my attention was elsewhere. \u00a0I just know that I first remember the accusations after the Narrative scandal.<\/p>\n

So, those are my options. \u00a0These accusations were all over and I missed it until after he challenged the dominant narrative. \u00a0The accusations only came to light, or at least were only mentioned by the media, after the challenge to the narrative. \u00a0Or, there is always the chance that the accusations were known by the media, but because of his celebrated status before he challenged the narrative, they were not pursued. \u00a0One of those has to be the case. \u00a0Of course it doesn\u2019t mean guilt or innocence either way. \u00a0He could be guilty as sin. \u00a0Or he could be the victim of a brutal smear campaign (remember how the multiple women who accused Bill Clinton were all part of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy (TM)? \u00a0There was clearly a concerted effort by Conservatives to do what all parties do, and that\u2019s harm the reputation of the other guy, but he was also guilty in at least one case). \u00a0So there you go. \u00a0All I know and all I\u2019ve noticed. \u00a0And all I have to say about it.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
