It\u2019s strange, but I\u2019m not seeing the gut wrenching nausea that accompanied Sandy Hook. \u00a0I remember after that, with breaking news and round the clock coverage, people couldn\u2019t even function. \u00a0They spoke of losing sleep, being unable to blog, weeping for an entire weekend. \u00a0Well yeah. \u00a0Who didn\u2019t? \u00a0And yet, while the tornado disasters yesterday were\u00a0devastating\u00a0 while the damage and carnage is unbelievable, things seem to be going on pretty much normal. \u00a0<\/div>\n

Nonetheless, as many children were killed yesterday in their school<\/a>,\u00a0horribly\u00a0(so horribly I can\u2019t bring myself to think on it), as died at Sandy Hook. \u00a0Nature\u2019s Sandy Hook you might say. \u00a0Anti-religious cranks might go so far as to say \u2018God\u2019s Sandy Hook\u2019. \u00a0But there\u2019s not that same, I don\u2019t know, horror. \u00a0That same \u2018I\u2019m so grieved I feel sick\u2019 that you heard so much about on the day and in the days after Sandy Hook. \u00a0Why? \u00a0<\/div>\n

I don\u2019t know. \u00a0Is this always the case? \u00a0Do humans\u00a0instinctively\u00a0react to human evil rather than natural disaster? \u00a0Was it that gut feeling that Sandy Hook proved evil as some reality? \u00a0Is it something more sinister? I don\u2019t really know. \u00a0I\u2019m just up, mind racing and thinking on things, and having a hard time sleeping because of it, noticing that on most sites I visit the tornadoes were news, prayers have been given, thoughts have been tossed out, but life goes on. \u00a0A stark contrast to months ago. \u00a0But for me, both have left a bad feeling in the heart, and my thoughts and prayers go out for the parents, the families, the children, and all who have been so\u00a0devastated\u00a0by this\u00a0senseless\u00a0tragedy. \u00a0<\/div>\n
