Looks like an Australian billionaire wants to build a near replica of the Titanic<\/a>. Why?\u00a0 I haven\u2019t a clue.\u00a0 But here\u2019s what hit me.\u00a0\u00a0He has commissioned a Chinese company to build it.\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure what strikes me more \u2013 that he went to China, not America, to have something that represented Western industrial might built?\u00a0 Or that he went to China, not America, to have something that represented Western industrial might built, and nobody so far seems to have noticed.\u00a0 Could it be that America is already slipped into second-rate country status, and we just don\u2019t realize it, or has it done so and we\u2019ve just accepted it?\u00a0 In any event, a growing number of breakthroughs and bold accomplishments that garner international attention seem to be lacking that \u2018Made in America\u2019 stamp for which our country was once so justly proud.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
