I enjoy watching agendas crash into reality.\u00a0 Now I\u2019m the first to admit that climate change is real.\u00a0 What\u2019s to deny?\u00a0 It\u2019s\u00a0 been documented time and again throughout history.\u00a0 We know that significant and sometimes radical changes in the climate have altered the course of history.\u00a0 I\u2019ll go further and say that our current dilemma has not been aided by humanity\u2019s weak use of industrial and scientific knowledge and progress.\u00a0 Dating back to the industrial revolution, and going all the way to our modern trend of hooking life up to a processor and wondering where the humanity has gone, I think it\u2019s fair to say that we\u2019re still bumbling about in the dark when it comes to handling the awesome power that our knowledge of the universe has unleashed.\u00a0 Which is why, if you\u2019ll forgive me, I\u2019m a little skeptical when it comes to those who say it\u2019s time to toss all that silly philosophy, theology, and ethics mumbo-jumbo and let science have a blank check.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

But with that said, it\u2019s also near imposable to miss the fact that the issue of Global Warming, or Climate Change, has been badly exploited, manipulated, and simplified.\u00a0 Too soon did scientists jump on the modern trend of \u2018we\u2019re all going to die!\u2019 and attempt to scare us through vague and over-hyped conclusions.\u00a0 If we don\u2019t make radical changes, in ten years our coastlines will be gone!\u00a0 That was from the late 1990s, when I moved to Louisville, Kentucky.\u00a0 It\u2019s been 10 years.\u00a0 GW advocates bemoan a lack of radical changes.\u00a0 And the coastlines are still there, as evidenced in our recent trip across the Eastern US Coastline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Plus, the single \u2018it\u2019s getting hotter every day\u2019 that seemed so true in the early 00s, and certainly seems true this last year, didn\u2019t seem so true there for a few years.\u00a0 It also doesn\u2019t seem true in every part of the world.\u00a0 That\u2019s what this article shows<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Some glaciers are, apparently, growing.\u00a0 What does that and all the other discrepancies\u00a0prove?\u00a0 That the hysteria may be overplayed?\u00a0 That scientists could be wrong?\u00a0 That the narrative might need altering?\u00a0 No.\u00a0 That cannot be.\u00a0 So we have scientists saying, in a nut shell, that all the evidence proves we\u2019re right, except for that over there, which needs to be understood in this way, since otherwise it might suggest we\u2019re not right.\u00a0 Call me simple, but when I get the hunch that type of reasoning is being used, it gives me reason to hesitate before\u00a0submitting myself to the latest proclamation that we\u2019re doomed.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
