Amid one of the most flagrant affronts to civil rights in the last decade, Russia and China have once again affirmed their commitment to mass-murdering dictators by refusing to support a UN Security Council resolution<\/a> calling for Syria\u2019s President Assad to step down.\u00a0 Of course we all know that the United States must be the culprit behind it all.\u00a0 After all, it\u2019s not like we\u2019re not the most evil nation in history, so there must be something going on.\u00a0 Still, it does show that once again, the UN fails to deliver on the least of its obligations.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
