For those hit in Missouri and Minnesota and Iowa whose lives have been changed forever by yet another outbreak of violent storms and tornadoes.\u00a0 Also be mindful of those whose lives will never be the same from earlier, similar disasters.\u00a0 And of course, lift up those whose lives stand in the balance as they watch helplessly the rising waters of the Mississippi and its connecting tributaries.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend.<\/em><\/p>\n
