I know, I\u2019ve been out for most of several weeks, and my first post in days is about basketball?\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 With all that\u2019s going on in the world?\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 That\u2019s because this blog has always\u00a0been a format for me to toss ideas or interests about and throw them out there \u2013 mostly for me to go back and read at my leisure.\u00a0 Well, I\u2019ve not had much leisure here lately, and little time to read.\u00a0 I\u2019ve also learned that if you don\u2019t have an official \u2018type\u2019 of blog, it\u2019s tough building a regular audience.\u00a0 Even now, I notice my precious store of Followers has decreased.\u00a0 Alas.\u00a0 For those who are still hanging on, I plan to look it over in the coming months.\u00a0 I have no wish to be another \u2018Catholic Blog.\u2019\u00a0 Nothing wrong with them, but there are enough already.\u00a0 And as I have noticed, they can lend themselves to certain abuses.\u00a0 Nor am I qualified to have a media watchdog blog.\u00a0 Perhaps something more focused on history.\u00a0\u00a0 Don\u2019t know.\u00a0 I\u2019ll kick it around.\u00a0 I won\u2019t have anything too tight that keeps me from focusing on the important things in life, like my family, my\u00a0Alma Matter\u2019s basketball prowess, or the latest hobby that has caught my interest.\u00a0 But I realize that to really build a consistent readership \u2013 and please understand I appreciate those who have kept coming back, because quality accounts for something \u2013 I need to find a \u2018niche\u2019 in the net, or will more or less keep wandering around with many ships sailing by in the night.\u00a0 In the meantime, I invite everyone to keep coming back.\u00a0 Invite a friend.\u00a0 Assure them that more insights, opinions, and fun will be forthcoming.\u00a0 And please, please feel free to become a Follower.\u00a0 Make up for those lost sheep who have gone astray.\u00a0\u00a0I\u2019ll be back when things have finally settled, one way or another.\u00a0 As you do meander about, please feel free to enjoy what gives me my motivation and gladness at times like these \u2013 TTFN:<\/div>\n
