Basically, responding to a gushing review by John Horn at the LA Times<\/a>,\u00a0he informs us that\u00a0it\u2019s what we\u2019ve come to expect.\u00a0 Hollywood, mind slave of the emergent Left, is also it\u2019s primary propaganda wing.\u00a0 Seeing the grand eternal conspiracy by evil Organized Religion as the root to all suffering, expect any films produced today\u00a0to reflect a similar attitude.\u00a0 According to Anthony Sacramone, the five talked about \u2018religious movies\u2019 at this year\u2019s Sundance Film Festival<\/a>* don\u2019t disappoint.\u00a0 As per usual, the religious characters are divided into two parts.\u00a0 On one side, you have bigots, homophobes, fascists, morons, idiots, dolts, racists, hypocrites, child rapists, tyrants, liars, thieves, and imperialists whose crosses take on the shadowy glimmer of a swastika.\u00a0 On the other, you have confused, lonely, miserable, frightened, flawed, yet well meaning people who finally realize the shortcomings\u00a0of this institutional lie and fallacy that has caused so much human misery through the years, and finally find enlightenment through some watered down, pseudo-Eastern repackaging of\u00a0 modern narcissism expressed through the sacrament of hedonism and self-centeredness disguised under the moniker of self discovery.\u00a0 Yep, as I said, it\u2019s what we\u2019ve come to expect.\u00a0 After all, there\u2019s nothing more predictable or conformist than the modern American film industry. <\/span><\/p>\n
