I don\u2019t know what to make of this<\/a>.\u00a0 Is this normal?\u00a0 Do we often say things like this?\u00a0 I get what he\u2019s saying, sort of \u2018let\u2019s not make Christianity look too Western or that will just piss them off.\u2019\u00a0 But that\u2019s sort of the problem isn\u2019t it?\u00a0 I mean, Muslims around the world continually say things like \u2018stop calling Islam violent or Muslims will kill more nuns.\u2019\u00a0 What does that mean?\u00a0 But it works, because you can bet your bottom dollar that folks in \u201cThe West\u201d will fall on each other to keep anymore talk about violence in the Muslim world from happening.\u00a0 So while some of this sounds OK, sort of \u2018let\u2019s not do things to make it worse\u2019, I can\u2019t help but get the feeling it\u2019s because we are just wimps about it, and the Islamic world has the serious upper hand in things right now.\u00a0 Instead of \u2018at all costs we\u2019ve got to protect Christians who are being butchered in the Muslim world\u2019, it\u2019s \u2018let\u2019s not be hasty.\u2019\u00a0 I wonder if we say that when it comes to protecting women\u2019s rights, or gay rights, or other endeavors of the Western human rights emphasis?\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
