If not all of his promises for a brave new world have panned out, at least our media is at its usual depth of coverage in keeping us abreast of the important things in history.\u00a0 Here<\/a>, we\u2019re told that President Obama, while he was on vacation \u2013 wait for it \u2013 wore sandals.\u00a0 He might even be the first president to every wear\u00a0sandals publicly!\u00a0If that doesn\u2019t bring me peace of mind, I can\u2019t imagine what will.\u00a0 The fact that we\u2019re treated to a long list of former presidential footwear suggests this is not the first time our beloved media kept track of the urgent things in life.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
