Good for him.\u00a0Judge Gorsuch criticized\u00a0President Trump\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0smack down of federal judges. \u00a0I\u2019m glad. \u00a0If someone could muzzle the President, that alone would be worth a vote.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, on the mafia side of the Joker, we have Elizabeth Warren throwing her hat in the 2020 ring<\/a> by first flipping the bird at a fellow Senator, and then crying like a baby because\u00a0she got punished for flipping the bird at a fellow Senator.<\/p>\n

And in the \u2018Did they hate Trump because he was a vulgar, loudmouthed bully, or did they hate him because he was a vulgar, loud mouthed bully on the wrong ticket?\u2019 side, a Pennsylvania senator puts his toe in the expletive pool to see how it feels<\/a>. \u00a0I wonder how many Catholics who bemoaned Trump\u2019s vulgarities will cheer this fellow.<\/p>\n

All of this would be an excellent chance\u00a0for people of good will on both sides to step up and say, ENOUGH!<\/p>\n

Find what is good, reject what is bad. \u00a0I had no use for Trump\u2019s vulgarities, and if someone could stop his schoolyard bully responses to the institutions of our country, I\u2019d be all for it. \u00a0But the same goes for the Left. \u00a0One of the reasons I didn\u2019t vote for Trump was because of his finger in the eye, no rules-just win\u00a0approach. \u00a0Democrats going the same way will not impress me, and I hope it doesn\u2019t impress anyone else who criticized Trump\u2019s tactics.<\/p>\n

The American Catholic has a good piece about consistency in light of Trump\u2019s FOX interview<\/a>. \u00a0How many Conservatives have gone to the mat for Trump\u2019s USA=Russia dig? \u00a0How many of the same went bonkers when Obama would remind the world of America\u2019s sins, or frame any problems with Islam against the Crusades or Inquisition?<\/p>\n

Same for those liberals who cheered on Obama\u2019s \u2018but America has as many sins\u2019 rhetoric. \u00a0They have no choice \u00a0but disagreeing with Trump\u2019s statement on some nuance of delivery, but not substance.<\/p>\n

Kudos for those Conservatives, like Rubio, who called out Trump just the way he would have called out Obama. \u00a0If we could get everyone to keep saying right is right, wrong is wrong, and it matters not who does it, imagine how Washington might change.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
