Young Muslims come together to help clean up a church\u00a0damaged by ISIS<\/a>. \u00a0 This happens, and quite often. \u00a0Not just Muslims doing right, but people in general. \u00a0I remember when some radical atheist attacked and defaced a small church a couple years ago. \u00a0Atheists came together and raised money for expenses.<\/p>\nWhen a Mosque was destroyed by fire, local Christian and Jewish groups came together to help. \u00a0That\u2019s the usual. \u00a0As often as not, people will reflexively do the right thing, or at least try.<\/p>\n
Not that the minority is irrelevant. \u00a0That vocal minority can make more than noise. \u00a0Nonetheless, focusing on what most people are inclined to do is a good antidote for the frustration and anger that comes with the headlines that prefer the bad more than the good.<\/p>\n
