Not that he would be spared if he received the nomination.\u00a0 I\u2019m not stupid.\u00a0 In the 90s, he was every Democrat\u2019s favorite example of how Republicans should be, unlike that mean and hateful Newt Gingrich fellow.\u00a0 And for many, he is that today \u2013 what liberals say conservatives should be if they want to win.\u00a0 If he got the nomination, however, that would all change, just like it did with McCain in 2008.\u00a0 They would come after him with everything under the sun.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Still, a good guy.\u00a0A good witness.\u00a0And if he had a chance, I\u2019d put my vote behind him with few if any reservations.\u00a0 Just to let\u00a0you know where I stand. <\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
